Certificate II in Printing and Graphic Arts (General)
This qualification is offered to local students only.
This qualification applies to an individual working in in printing and graphic arts industry. They will be using computerised control, monitoring and data entry systems, information technology, such as computer hardware and software to access data from files. The individuals work under direct supervision, and use limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. It is a preparatory qualification that can be used as a pathway into a range of specialist Certificate III qualifications within the printing and graphic arts industry.

- Successful completion of year 11 or equivalent is the minimum qualification requirement for entry into this course
- Study score of at least 25 in units 3 and 4 in any VCE English subject and a study score of at least 25 in mathematics (any)
- At least 18 years of age at the commencement of the course
- Language Literacy and Numeracy: Students require language, literacy and numeracy relevant to the qualifications.
