The Certificate III in Business Administration reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of administrative competencies in various work contexts, using some discretion and judgment. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
The course includes general administrative and IT competencies such as word processing, keyboarding, scheduling and utilising a range of software packages to produce documents and databases.
This course provides students with career opportunities in a range of skilled roles such as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, General Clerk, Data Entry Operator, Junior Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Administration Assistant, Office Administrator and Word Processing Operator.
After achieving this qualification students may enrol into the Certificate IV in Business Administration.
Course Length and Fee
This course can be completed in one semester which comprises of two terms of 10 weeks each.
Term one: 10 weeks

There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include: BSB20107 Certificate II in Business or other relevant qualification/s or vocational experience in a range of support roles without a formal business qualification.
